Unfortunately, my experience at Railway Country House was less than ideal. The bedroom was quite small, and the mattress was uncomfortable, leading to a restless night's sleep. I was quite disturbed by the noise coming from the room above, which made it challenging to relax. The lack of tea-making facilities in the room added to my discomfort, as I had hoped for a more cozy experience.

I drove through a charming green driveway and was greeted by a friendly gentleman who helped with my bags, making me feel right at home. The lovely garden area and cozy leisure room provided perfect spots to relax after a long day. Just a heads up, the Wi-Fi signal was a bit weak in my room, but it didn’t ruin my stay at all. 🌟

We loved this place! The hosts, Jo and Jim, were super friendly and made us feel at home. The cozy rooms were just what we needed after a long day, and the breakfast options were on point, especially the granola. Just wish the bathroom window could be opened for some fresh air. a solid stay!
